Year Three: Patterns and Advanced Concepts

Year Three equips students with the tools they need to tackle longer, more complex words with confidence. Building on the foundation from Years One and Two, this course dives into advanced phonics concepts, including multisyllabic word reading, vowel team patterns, prefixes, suffixes, and morphological awareness. Students will learn to break down words, analyze parts for meaning, and read with greater accuracy and fluency.

Using a structured, multisensory approach grounded in the Science of Reading and Orton-Gillingham methods, this class is ideal for students ready to transition from basic decoding to more independent reading and comprehension.
